Job Requirements:
- Experience: 8–10 years in high-rise building projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in preparing IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates), Rate Analysis, Variation Orders, and addressing Price Escalation.
- Proficient in calculating quantities for Electrical and HVAC works.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and estimation abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with project teams.
