Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering journey details, dispatching vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and manage taxi bookings.
- Accurately record customer booking information.
- Utilize dispatch software to allocate jobs effectively.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience.
- Familiarity with UK geography is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month
