Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inbound Taxi Controller. The ideal candidate should have over one year of customer service experience and be proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, resolving customer complaints, providing information to new customers, and escalating issues as needed. Candidates must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and work during the graveyard shift.
This is a full-time position, requiring 55-75 hours per week. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad.
