Job Description
Agregga SMC-Private Limited is in search of a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Systems Monitoring Executive. This essential role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our real-time payment transaction system while delivering first-line support to our valued customers. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring of systems, providing prompt assistance through chat and email, and collaborating with our technical team to resolve issues swiftly.
We invite candidates who are flexible to work shifts, have prior experience in customer support or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory. This is a full-time, in-person position.
