Job Description
Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is on the hunt for a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join our innovative team. We design and manufacture state-of-the-art ambulances, mobile healthcare units, and specialized vehicles, contributing to critical services in healthcare and emergency response.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate procurement transaction and inventory records.
- Assist with procurement reporting and data entry.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing and communication with departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum FA/BA with computer literacy.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
