Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, supporting training and development, and maintaining accurate personnel records within the HRIS.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of HR experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of local labor laws, familiarity with HRIS systems, and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
