Job Description
Join AIT Services as a Customer Support Executive, where you will play a vital role in supporting our offices with data entry, document processing, and management tasks. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries via email, chat, and phone while providing outstanding customer service.
In collaboration with our agents, you will prepare quotes and proposals, manage appointments and calendars, and ensure the accurate preparation of insurance claims. You will also maintain comprehensive client records, conduct product research, and assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management.
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, proficiency in insurance software and MS Office, and strong organizational abilities.
