Job Description
AJ is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee building and grounds maintenance, supervise custodial functions, and ensure that security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented. The ideal candidate will maintain facility cleanliness in accordance with company policies, manage service contracts, conduct regular inspections, and communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing work quality of staff and contractors, recommending design modifications, and managing financial and physical resources effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
