Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to supervise and monitor the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance while adhering to safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of LABSA production equipment.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in chemical plant operations, with LABSA experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
