Job Description
Al-Hamd International Container Terminal is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Compliance & Process Improvement Specialist. This pivotal role demands expertise in compliance management, the development of manuals and documentation, and a keen ability to analyze and recommend process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and update compliance-related policies and manuals; ensure alignment of processes with current regulations and internal standards; identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions; and collaborate with various departments to implement best practices.
Requirements: Proven experience in compliance or regulatory roles; strong skills in documentation and policy writing; an analytical mindset demonstrated through a history of process enhancement; and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
