Job Description

Al Madiha Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced and motivated “Assistant Manager” to join our dynamic BPO team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing operations, enhancing procedures, and leading teams toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily BPO operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams for peak performance.
  • Develop strong client relationships.
  • Drive process improvements to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of BPO experience (2+ years in a managerial role).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
