Job Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on Customer Experience to convert data into actionable insights that improve satisfaction and retention. The role involves analyzing customer behavior, building dashboards, tracking NPS and churn, designing and evaluating A/B tests, and partnering with CX, product, and marketing teams to recommend strategic improvements.
- Requirements: 2+ years in BI or analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: degree in analytics, business, or a related field.
