Job Description
Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. is hiring two experienced Closers for Forex sales at Office No. 614, 6th Floor, ISE Tower, 55-B Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. This full-time role requires managing and motivating a sales team, converting warm leads into active traders, closing high-value deals, and ensuring ongoing client deposits and activations.
- Lead sales executives and coordinate with lead generators
- Minimum 12 client closures per month; upsell and cross-sell premium services
- Requirements: 2–3 years Forex closing experience, strong knowledge of trading platforms and markets, excellent negotiation and English communication; Arabic is an advantage
- Compensation: PKR 150,00–200,00 fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives
