This role necessitates excellent customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Umrah process. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients on Umrah packages, managing bookings, and delivering outstanding customer support. Additionally, candidates should promote our services and stay informed about Umrah regulations to ensure compliance.
Preferred qualifications include experience in travel sales or customer service, alongside strong communication skills and knowledge of the Umrah process.
