Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is actively looking for a committed Chat Support Representative to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email.
- Assisting with sales inquiries regarding our products.
- Processing orders and providing timely updates.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling our products.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills. Availability for night shifts is essential.
