Job Description
Appicoders Inc is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding processes, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, you will organize employee engagement activities and handle daily operational tasks, with a special emphasis on headhunting through LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 1 year of core HR experience and is either pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and an active LinkedIn profile are essential for success in this position.
Compensation for this full-time role is up to Rs50,00.00 per month.
