Job Description
What We Need:
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Proficient in recruitment and employee relations
- Familiarity with Pakistan labor laws
- Skilled in HRIS and MS Office
What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Strengthen employee relations
- Oversee HR operations effectively
- Handle performance management initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
