Job Description
Join Argiez Tech Solutions as a Restaurant Order Taker! Candidates must reside near the DHA Clifton restaurant location, Clifton Block 4, Karachi.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer orders via phone, in person, or online.
- Maintaining menu knowledge to assist customers.
- Entering orders accurately into the POS system.
- Upselling items to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
- Handling complaints professionally.
- Processing payments accurately.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the order area.
