Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is currently searching for an experienced HR Operations Expert to oversee various HR functions while ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor regulations. The primary responsibilities include managing leave policies, facilitating employee lifecycle processes, coordinating payroll, and upholding HR compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Administer leave policies and employee benefits effectively.
- Optimize HR operations and maintain precise employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to improve the overall employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of HR operations experience, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws.
