Job Description
Ashraf Products is actively looking for a qualified Territory Sales Officer to join our distributor and organizational team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing company strategies that cater to local business needs while effectively training and inspiring the team to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement Permanent Journey Plans.
- Recruit and onboard Order Bookers/DSRs.
- Ensure the execution of the Annual Operating Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assess stock requirements to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Provide training and coaching within the market.
Qualifications: The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hold a university degree, and have 1-2 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
Salary: Competitive within the market.
