Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and professionalism while handling incoming customer calls, addressing queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: You will process customer orders, verify information, manage payments, and update customer account details, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives. Educational Requirement: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience in Customer Service (CSR) is preferred. Location: Islamabad is mandatory. Job Type: Full-time.
