Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking Inbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers by answering their calls, addressing queries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts effectively.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs 37,00.00 to Rs 55,00.00 per month, along with performance-driven incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector.
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is highly preferred.
Location: This position requires in-person work in Lahore.
