Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative (Helpline Agent) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should be graduates from a reputable university and demonstrate fluency in both English and Urdu. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lahore with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer calls, offering online support, and ensuring effective resolution of faults. Performance-based incentives are available to high achievers. This position offers rotational shifts and the option to work from home, contingent on specific requirements.
The monthly compensation ranges from Rs32,00 to Rs45,00, commensurate with experience.
