Job Description
ASK Development Limited is actively seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Technical Support Services position. This role involves providing assistance to customers and internal teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure.
Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to those with an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, are highly desirable.
The salary range for this position is Rs35,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month. Location: Faisalabad Gpo.
