Job Description
ASK Development Limited is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative, also known as a Helpline Agent. The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a reputable university and demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Key responsibilities include managing customer calls, providing online support, and maintaining accurate records of issues reported. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of experience in a UK-based call center. The salary offered ranges from Rs32,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, depending on performance.
Consideration for optional work-from-home arrangements may be offered after six months, contingent upon a performance review.
