Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree from a recognized university and possess fluency in both English and Urdu (neutral dialect). Applicants must reside in Rawalpindi and ideally have between 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center.
Salary for this position is Rs45,00, along with performance-based incentives. The role involves handling customer calls, providing online support for our services, following up on issues with the Operations team, and managing Network Trouble Tickets. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for rotational monthly shifts.
Work from home options will be available after a 4-month probation period.
