Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecommunications company, is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Banking Helpline Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with accurate and effective solutions.
- Efficiently process customer orders and payment transactions.
- Manage and update customer accounts as needed.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month, commensurate with performance.
Education Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Location: Lahore (In-person requirement).
