Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a distinguished telecommunications company, is actively seeking Inbound Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum graduate degree from a reputable university. Fluency in both English and Urdu, with a neutral accent, is required. Applicants must reside in Rawalpindi and ideally have 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience. The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary of Rs 45,00, along with performance-based incentives. Work shifts will be rotational, on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing support, following up on fault rectifications, and creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets.
