Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Banking Helpline Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information to resolve issues.
- Process customer orders and verify payments.
- Maintain updated records of customer accounts.
Salary: $37,00 – $45,00 (performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector
– Location: Karachi (in-person work)
