Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves:
- Managing inbound calls
- Providing assistance and addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate education (Required)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in customer care or call center, preferably with UK-based campaigns
Salary: Rs45,00, including incentives up to Rs15,00. Additional benefits include free medical insurance and rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night). Work from home is available after the probation period.
