Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with experience in a UK-based environment
- Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including an incentive of up to 15k
