Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, invites applications for the position of Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound call systems, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English.
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies.
Salary: Rs45,00 per month, with potential incentives up to Rs15,00.
Shift: Rotational, with remote work options following the probation period.
