Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prominent telecommunications company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound call system, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Intermediate qualification
- Experience: 1-2 years, ideally in customer service or UK-based campaigns
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required
Compensation: The salary is Rs45,00, with the potential for incentives up to Rs15,00. Additional benefits include free medical insurance and a work-from-home option following the probation period.
