Job Description
A prestigious telecommunications company is in search of an HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide essential HR support.
- Facilitate HR projects, meetings, and surveys.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and recognized HR practices.
- Monitor and assess HR metrics.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing requirements.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field is required. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
