Job Description
ASK Development Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, providing online support, following up on fault resolutions, and creating and closing network trouble tickets. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of faults for effective service management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Proficiency in English and Urdu
- Location: Islamabad
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred
- Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00, with performance-based incentives
- Work Shift: Rotational
