Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs 45,00 plus incentives up to Rs 15,00
Shift Details: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift for females. Work from home option available after probation.
