Job Description
A reputed telecom company is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up on fault rectifications over 48 hours.
- Create/close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults per region.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelors, 1 year call center experience preferred.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (depending on interview), plus Rs10,00 incentive.
Location: Lahore. Shifts: Morning for females, rotational for males.
