Job Description
Astute Competent Workforce Solutions is currently in search of an organized and dedicated individual to fill the position of Assistant HR. This role involves supporting our recruitment efforts by managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and streamlining the onboarding process.
Your duties will extend to maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting with attendance and leave management, and preparing payroll. You will also be responsible for organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions, while supporting performance evaluations and the implementation of HR policies.
The ideal candidate should be adept at addressing employee inquiries and ensuring efficient HR operations, thereby fostering a positive work environment.
