Job Description
ATU Logistics is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to become part of our dynamic team located in Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs 50,00, with additional earning potential up to Rs 100,00 through commissions.
The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding English communication skills and possess a foundational understanding of logistics services. Responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, delivering service information, processing requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should have strong customer service abilities and be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Office hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
