Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
