Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is seeking a meticulous HR Operations Officer to assist with vital human resources functions. The ideal applicant should possess at least 2 years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance, encompassing SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of monthly payroll.
- Ensure employee data is maintained for compliance purposes.
- Oversee health insurance enrollments.
- Support payroll audits.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS.
