Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is actively seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume customer calls
- Provide assistance in Urdu and English
- Process orders and transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu and English
