Job Description
Berger Paint Pakistan seeks a results-driven Sales Officer to accelerate B2B growth in lubricants, paints, or chemical manufacturing. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs55,00–Rs60,00/month plus incentives and benefits.
- Responsibilities: manage territory, acquire and retain clients, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of field-based sales experience; candidates with a paints background are strongly encouraged to apply. Education up to a Bachelor’s degree. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in the field.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, territory planning, and negotiation skills, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
