Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tender documentation, and managing budgets throughout the construction process. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other professionals to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
