Job Description
BGE Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous Admin Manager with a strong background in hotel management, proficiency in Booking.com operations, and a solid grasp of accounting practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing financial and administrative functions while overseeing the operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
- Manage Booking.com transactions, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts.
- Ensure seamless office operations and effective team coordination.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Supervise monthly financial reporting and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
