Job Description
Bilal Consultancy Ltd is looking for a dependable and proficient IT Assistant to enhance our daily technological operations. In this position, you will assist school staff and students with managing Google Workspace, maintain computer labs, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee campus security camera systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer Google Admin Console and user accounts.
- Facilitate computer lab upkeep and software installations.
- Install and manage CCTV systems across the campus.
- Provide general IT support for both staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of computers and networks.
- Experience using Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in an IT-related field.
