Job Description
We are seeking a Boiler Operations Supervisor to manage boilerhouse activities, enforce SOPs and safety standards, and maintain accurate hourly/daily logs for pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water treatment. The role includes coordinating steam demand with Dyeing & Printing, monitoring feed water quality, performing routine inspections and basic maintenance, responding to first-level emergencies and escalating critical issues, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with factory and environmental regulations.
- Requirements: Diploma/certificate in Boiler Operation, Mechanical, or Utilities preferred; textile/process experience advantageous; able to work shifts; calm under pressure; strong record-keeping and basic communication skills.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs60,00 per month.
