Job Description
Bitswits Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee payroll and tax calculations, manage benefits administration including EOBI and health insurance, and ensure compliance with FBR and labor laws. Your responsibilities will also include HRIS and attendance management, along with budget monitoring and reporting.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary between Rs70,00.00 and Rs80,00.00 per month.
Requirements
