Job Description
Bond Chain Consultancy seeks a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the firm’s primary point of contact. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, operating the front desk, maintaining a neat reception area, answering and directing incoming calls, and enforcing visitor logs and security procedures.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and couriers
- Assist with meeting scheduling and conference room coordination
- Provide administrative support to internal departments and manage front-desk supplies
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct at all times
Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: From Rs40,00.00 per month. Work Location: On-site.
