Job Description
Book&Go Travels is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Female Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, understand their service needs, and build strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Record client requirements accurately
- Provide service information and respond to inquiries
- Maintain professional communication
- Update client records in the system
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu; English a plus
- Customer service or telesales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Confident and organized demeanor
